Product Availability

If a product is temporarily unavailable on secretefx.com it will be described as “out of stock”.

Orders

Orders are only accepted online. After placing an order a customer will receive an e-mail confirmation which will include the order number. Secretefx.com reserves, at its sole discretion, the right not to proceed with the shipment of goods, even after accepting an order, to those customers who are out of credit, with unresolved issues or in dispute.

Shipping

Orders received and confirmed by 2:00 pm on working days (Mon/Thur) are normally shipped on the following day, except when there are warehouse issues or the goods are currently unavailable.
Within twelve hours of shipment the customer will receive an e- mail with tracking information.

Risk and Property

The goods are shipped carriage paid to, insured by debit the invoice. In the event that the goods were shipped carriage forward, upon the customer’s indication, the risk is to be considered borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from its warehouses. Upon delivery of goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the order confirmation or in the sales document. In case of discrepancy, the same must be reported within seven days by e-mail.
Even in the presence of intact packaging, the gear must be checked in terms of content and proper functioning within seven days of receipt. Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be considered as a failure in the order fulfilment.

Warranty

Each product has a 2-year warranty (1 year for products sold with an invoice with a VAT number), based on Legislative Decree n. 206 of 2005 – art. from 128 to 135.
The guarantee does not cover defects deriving from incorrect use and components subject to wear.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from it, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Mode

Withdrawal must be expressed by e-mail or by using the appropriate form on our contact page, specifying all the data of the sale: customer name, order number, and invoice.
Within 14 working days, all or part of the purchased goods must be returned to the sender-supplier, intact, packed in their original packaging and complete with any manuals.
Shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer who will not be compensated by Cloe Guitars in the event that the goods are lost or damaged.
The purchased object can be returned even partially damaged and the Consumer will be responsible only for the decrease in value, established by the seller.
The refund or use of credit for a new purchase will take place within 14 days of receiving the return goods and will also cover the original shipping costs. The costs of returning the goods are excluded.
In the case of partial withdrawal, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
The reimbursement, as a rule, must take place with the same means of payment used by the consumer at the time of his payments.
The consumer cannot exercise this right of withdrawal if they purchase goods for purposes related to their work and with the issuance of an invoice by the supplier.
The right of withdrawal is also excluded in the following cases:
– Purchase of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in financial market rates that the Supplier is unable to control;
– Purchase of goods made to measure or customized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

HOW WE SHIP

Shipments to Italy or the Republic of San Marino:
Costs
Packages up to 2 kg (Max volume 0.02 Mc): 12.50 Euros, 13.50 Euros for Calabria and the
Islands.
Shipments are sent exclusively by express courier.
Delivery times are 2-3 days for all of Italy.
Orders confirmed by 2.00 pm on working days (MON-THU), will be dispatched within 48 hours.
